MogoBet — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MogoBet website, mobile applications and related services (collectively “MogoBet”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By registering an account, depositing funds, using the site or placing bets or wagers you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that apply to specific promotions, games or services. If you do not accept these Terms, do not register for or use a MogoBet account.

Definitions
- Account: your registered account on MogoBet.
- Real Balance / Real Money: funds in your Account which are not designated as bonus funds and which you may withdraw subject to these Terms.
- Bonus Funds: promotional credits received under a promotion, bonus or free bet and subject to the Bonus Terms contained in Section “Bonuses & Promotions”.
- Free Bet: a promotional wagering token which is not withdrawable; winnings from the Free Bet (net of stake unless otherwise stated) may be withdrawable subject to any applicable wagering requirements and limits.
- Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or over to register for and use a MogoBet account. Minors must not register, fund or use accounts.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction in which use of MogoBet is permitted. Accounts from excluded jurisdictions are prohibited. You confirm you are not a person located in a jurisdiction where access or participation is unlawful or contrary to local law.
- You are required to provide true, accurate and up-to-date information during registration and must maintain and promptly update any changed information.
- Account registration, identity verification and KYC
- Registration requires you to provide personal details including full name, date of birth, contact details, address and proof of identity as requested.
- You must be the account holder. Accounts held on behalf of others are forbidden.
- Prior to the first withdrawal (and at other times as required) we will require identity and address verification documentation in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti‑Money‑Laundering (AML) obligations. Typical documents requested include a government-issued photo ID and a recent utility or bank statement showing your address.
- We may suspend withdrawals, place holds on your account, or close your account if you fail to provide verification documents or if verification raises concerns.
- Account security and password
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity on your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or other security breaches.
- We may require two‑factor authentication (2FA) or other security procedures at our discretion.
- Deposits and funding
- Minimum deposit: £10 (or equivalent in other currencies) unless otherwise stated for a particular payment method or promotion.
- Accepted payment methods include (subject to availability in your jurisdiction): Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Apple Pay, Paysafecard, bank transfer and selected regional/payment methods. - Funds deposited into your Account are held in segregated accounts in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Withdrawals and payment processing
- Minimum withdrawal: £5 (or equivalent) unless otherwise stated.
- Withdrawals are processed in accordance with our security checks and applicable KYC requirements. You must complete verification before a withdrawal will be paid.
- We will attempt to process withdrawals promptly. Typical processing times (subject to third party/payment processor delays):
- E‑wallets (Skrill, Neteller, PayPal, Apple Pay): often same-day to 24 hours once authorised.
- Debit/credit cards: 1–3 working days once authorised.
- Bank transfer: 2–5 working days once authorised.
- Fees: Withdrawals made using Skrill, Neteller and some bank transfer methods may attract a processing fee of 1% of the withdrawal amount, capped at £3. Other methods are ordinarily provided without charge; any fee will be disclosed at point of withdrawal. - Withdrawals will be returned to the original funding method where feasible and lawful. Where return to the original method is not possible, we will effect payment by alternative approved method which may require additional verification and processing time.
- We may refuse or delay a withdrawal to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, chargeback investigation or dispute resolution.
- Payments, currency and limits
- Where available, you may select your preferred account currency at registration. Currency conversion fees and exchange rates may apply to deposits/withdrawals in other currencies.
- We may impose deposit, stake, win and withdrawal limits on accounts or for particular promotions. We may also require additional verification for high value transactions.
- Betting rules, bet acceptance and settlement
- All bets are accepted subject to the applicable market rules, these Terms and any specific rules displayed on the site for that event or market.
- Odds change. When you place a bet you accept the quoted price at the moment of bet placement and submission. We may refuse or cancel a bet where an error in the odds or market price is reasonably apparent.
- We accept wagers at our absolute discretion and reserve the right to void, settle or cancel bets where: (a) there has been clear error (including pricing, event time or market error), (b) the bet is placed after the event has started, (c) the bet is in breach of our rules or restrictions, or (d) in cases of suspected fraud, irregular play or manipulation.
- Bets made with Free Bets or Bonus Funds are subject to the Bonus Terms set out below.
- Where an event is postponed, abandoned or voided the market rules displayed at the time of the bet will apply. In most sports, events abandoned or cancelled will be void unless the market has been determined by the official sport governing body or by the rules published on the site.
- Bet settlement is final once settled on our systems. If a settlement error is identified, we may un-settle and re-settle affected bets to the correct outcome, subject to applicable regulatory rules.
- Cash‑out, in‑play and live betting
- Cash‑out/cash‑in and early settlement features may be available on selected markets and are offered at our discretion. We may suspend or withdraw cash‑out at any time without prior notice.
- Live/in‑play betting is offered subject to available markets, technical constraints and rule conditions. All live markets are subject to rapid odds movement and delays. We are not liable for lost bets or wagers resulting from delays, connection issues or other technical failures.
- MogoBet does not undertake to provide live streaming of events. Live statistics and live odds feeds are provided where indicated.
- Bonuses and Promotions — General Terms
- All bonuses, promotions, free bets and loyalty rewards (“Promotions”) are subject to these Terms and to the specific Bonus Terms published with each Promotion. By participating you agree to all applicable Bonus Terms.
- Unless explicitly permitted by the specific Promotion, only one sign-up bonus or new-customer promotional offer may be claimed per individual, household, IP address, payment account, device or address. We reserve the right to refuse, reclaim or void any promotional benefit where multiple accounts or ineligible participation is identified.
- Deposits made using excluded payment methods (e.g., Skrill and Neteller where specified) are not eligible for certain Promotions. We will notify exclusions in the Promotions terms.
- Bonus funds are non‑transferable and may have wagering requirements, game contribution restrictions, time limits and maximum conversion caps as set out in the applicable Bonus Terms. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met. If you withdraw your real balance before fulfilling wagering requirements you may forfeit Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
- We reserve the right to change or withdraw Promotions at any time. Where we reasonably can, we will communicate material changes to existing participants.
- Sports Welcome Offer (example)
- Sports Welcome Offer summary (terms may be updated; refer to current Promotion page for final, binding terms): New customers who deposit a minimum of £10 and place a qualifying pre-match or in-play sports bet of at least £10 at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) or higher will receive £30 in Free Bets credited to their account once the qualifying bet is settled.
- Free Bets are valid for 7 days from credit. Any unused Free Bets will expire.
- Winnings from Free Bets are paid as withdrawable funds after the deduction of the Free Bet stake (where applicable) and subject to any wagering requirements stated in the Promotion terms (the standard Sports Welcome winnings are subject to 1× wagering on winnings unless otherwise stated). Maximum conversion from this Promotion: £200 unless otherwise stated.
- Deposits made with Skrill or Neteller are excluded from qualifying for this Promotion.

- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a 50× wagering requirement. Free Spin winnings are subject to a 50× wagering requirement unless otherwise stated. Bonus funds expire 30 days after issue; Free Spins and Free Spin winnings expire 7 days after issue.
- Maximum conversion: Bonus conversion is capped at three (3) times the initial bonus amount (for a maximum withdrawal from a £50 bonus equal to £150), unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Deposits via Skrill and Neteller are excluded from qualifying for this Promotion.
- Game weighting/contribution: Different games contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. The contribution percentages and any game exclusions are set out in the Promotion rules published on the Promotions page and may change between promotions.
- Promotional, Free Bet and Bonus mechanics
- Free Bets: When you place a Free Bet, the stake will not be returned with any winnings unless the Promotion specifically states otherwise. Free Bets may be restricted to specific markets or minimum odds and expire after the period stated in the Promotion terms.
- Bonus wagering contributions: Some games (e.g., slot machines) typically contribute fully to wagering requirements while certain table or live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The exact contribution rates and excluded games are set out in the specific Promotion information.
- Multiple promotions: Promotions cannot be combined except where expressly stated.
- Abuse: We will reverse, withhold or forfeit bonuses and related winnings where we reasonably suspect bonus abuse, bonus circumvention, fraud, collusion, multiple account creation or any other attempt to game the Promotion terms. We may close or restrict accounts and deduct bonuses and winnings where abuse is found.
- Prohibited conduct and account restrictions
- You may not collude, match-bet or engage in any activity intended to defraud or exploit the site. You may not use automated bots, scripts or other software to place bets.
- You must not use stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods. Unauthorised use of cards or other payment instruments will result in account suspension and possible criminal referral.
- We may restrict, close or suspend accounts where we have reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, illegal activity, fraud, benefit of unfair advantage, suspicious betting patterns or breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Self‑exclusion and responsible gambling

- On voluntary account closure requested by you, we will attempt to process any remaining Real Balance subject to verification and the Terms.
- Complaints and dispute resolution

Players are responsible for any tax liabilities in their jurisdiction arising from gambling winnings unless required otherwise by law. - Changes to these Terms
